POSE is an style of running that focusing on improving running form which will increase efficiency (pace and distance), as well as prevent or correct common running injuries.
As a Tokyo-based Certified Personal Trainer & Running Coach with 20+ years experience, I hold weekly POSE Running Efficiency Clinics and Classes. Both are held in the Kachidoki/Tsukiji area (directions will be provided).
