Would you like to improve your pace time or distance? Tired of chronic running injuries? Want to do better in your next race?

POSE is an style of running that focusing on improving running form which will increase efficiency (pace and distance), as well as prevent or correct common running injuries.

As a Tokyo-based Certified Personal Trainer & Running Coach with 20+ years experience, I hold weekly POSE Running Efficiency Clinics and Classes. Both are held in the Kachidoki/Tsukiji area (directions will be provided).

The Clinic is held on Saturdays. It's a 75 minute format hands-on class, you will learn. . .
