That is a jersey specially made for a video called "The Bukkake World Series," which is an 8-hour long video of different bukkake teams shooting hot spunky load after hot spunky load of fresh jizz on the face of Kazumi Okamoto, the Whore of Warabi.
As the title indicates, it was a "world series" of bukkake, so teams from all over the world had assembled to glaze Ms. Okamoto's face. Compared to the other countries, the Japanese team had the smallest dicks, so they decided to call their team the "Japan Micros" and they came up with that jersey for the Japan team.
Don't be alarmed by any stains you might find on the jersey, it's only protein--and good for the skin!
