I (JP male) am clean, disease free, non-smoking, maintain a healthy diet (semi-vegetarian)...so, first please be the same. I am fit and athletically (yoga and running) built, so please be at least not too overweight. I am very skilled in both and also have substantial knowledge about the body, health, and diet, however, you need not be the same as long as you are willing to try.
