Live in a fascinating city while your live-in teacher provides lessons tailored to your specific needs. 25 years of teaching [ including 12 in Japan ] provides me with the insight to help you make the progress you are looking for. Lessons will be designed to fill the gaps in your understanding and to build immediate confidence.

The basic arrangement is $550 per month for a shared room and one hour of lessons per week. Additional lessons are $25 per hour. If you will be attending Columbia, CUNY or any other school, I am eager to help you succeed.

If you prefer a private room, the price is $1000 per month, but we won't have a private room for you until February 1st.

Since the apartment is in Manhattan where the "A" train converges with the "1", it's convenient to the whole city. We're in a safe, friendly neighborhood with easy access to all transportation.
