1 bedroom, 1 kitchen 38 square meters. You can use a large 3 door fridge, microwave, heater, air purifier, bilingual TV, others. They are all new. You save money buying them, transportation fee and trouble looking for these items.

No agent fee and insurance fee as this is my own apartment. I will pay the building maintenance fee. You pay only a monthly rent of 160,000 yen to my bank account each month including maintenance fees (all inclusive). You pay 1 month refundable deposit and 1 months key deposit initially. This is standard of most apartments. If you stay more than 1 years, i will return half months of key money to you (so no key deposit if nothing is damaged in the house). If you stay more than 1 year, I will return 1 months of key money to you. I put on the title that there is no key money and here it means if you stay long, I will be willing to refund them to you if there are no damages. I can not possibly not keep a large deposit if someone staying for just 3 months and damages the walls or stains the floor.

If you tell me more about yourself, I may consider giving you a discount. Move in date 20 March onwards. I am mostly looking for someone I can trust who will take good care of the house and keep my letters etc.

1 bedroom, 1 kitchen 38 square meters. You can use a large 3 door fridge, microwave, heater, air purifier, bilingual TV, others. They are all new. You save money buying them, transportation fee and trouble looking for these items.

No agent fee and insurance fee as this is my own apartment. I will pay the building maintenance fee. You pay only a monthly rent of 160,000 yen to my bank account each month including maintenance fees (all inclusive). You pay 1 month refundable deposit and 1 months key deposit initially. This is standard of most apartments. If you stay more than 1 years, i will return half months of key money to you (so no key deposit if nothing is damaged in the house). If you stay more than 1 year, I will return 1 months of key money to you. I put on the title that there is no key money and here it means if you stay long, I will be willing to refund them to you if there are no damages. I can not possibly not keep a large deposit if someone staying for just 3 months and damages the walls or stains the floor.

If you tell me more about yourself, I may consider giving you a discount. Move in date 20 March onwards. I am mostly looking for someone I can trust who will take good care of the house and keep my letters etc.
